Insurance

Beyond cash payment, LBR Mental Health PLLC is affiliated with various insurance providers and facilitate a sliding scale fee structure through Open Path.  This ensures accessible treatment options for those seeking therapy.

1. Open Path

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a nonprofit nationwide network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office and online mental health care—at a steeply reduced rate—to clients in need.

To join, complete a brief registration form and pay a one-time membership fee of $65 to join Open Path. Your lifetime membership will allow you to work with an Open Path therapist as long as there is a financial need.

Once you register, you’ll receive a Member ID in your inbox. Schedule appointments directly with your therapist using the information in your Member ID email. You’ll pay between $40-70/session for individual therapy ($30 for student intern sessions.)

*Availability varies for each therapist.

2. PATH Mental Health

Via Path Mental Health NV therapists are contracted with Aetna, Cigna, and Optum.

*Availability varies for each therapist

3. Medicaid Fee for Service (FFS)

Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) operates on a reimbursement model, compensating healthcare providers for each service rendered.

4. Medicaid Health Plan of Nevada (HPN)
