LBRMH therapists are contracted with Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Molina, SilverSummit, and Optum.

2. Medicaid Fee for Service (FFS) & Medicare
Medicaid Fee-for-Service (FFS) operates on a reimbursement model, compensating healthcare providers for each service rendered.

3. Nevada Victims of Crime Compensation
If you need assistance with completing an application, you can request help at the Victims of Crime Program office. The VOCP provides resources and services, in collaboration with the Vegas Strong Resiliency and Justice Center, that are available to help victims, their families, and others directly.

Therapy for Everyone therapists are available as out-of-network providers. You are responsible for paying the fee, and the therapist will provide you with a receipt for services to submit to your insurance provider.
Please check with your insurance provider for details about your coverage. When contacting your provider, be sure to ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for mental health?
What is my out-of-pocket payment before my deductible is met?
What percentage of the fee for each visit will be covered?
How many visits are covered per calendar year?
LBR Mental Health accepts electronic bank transfers and credit card payments.
